Question 1:
My mwpol.ca email addresses are being filtered by the "Xenium Email Security System". Although this system seems to do a good job at removing spam, I am worried that perhaps I am not receiving all of my emails. How to I ensure that I don't miss any emails?
Answer 1:
Xenium's Email Security System gives the end user the ability to check all messages that have been earmarked as "spam". If a valid sender is being blocked, the user can select to have that address allowed in the future. Our current spam filtration system is 99% accurate in differentiating spam from valid emails.
Inorder to check your own spam:
(1) Click on the follwing link SpamManager.
(2) Click on the "Need a password?" link at the bottom of the page.
(3) Enter your current mwpol email address and click the "Send Password" button.
(4) You will receive an email message letting you know your username and password.
(5) Upon receiving this email you will be able to login at the above link and access any email that are earmarked as spam.
